Friends and visitors will be pleased to know that Haverhill Road, Stapleford, is fully open once again as Kier, the contractors for UK Power Networks, have completed the installation of a new electricity cable. Access to the car park at Magog Down returns to normal, i.e. either from the A1307 or from the A1301 via Bury Road and Haverhill Road. This is excellent news just ahead of the Christmas and New Year holiday. As a reminder, the car park is open from 8am to 5pm at present.
