We are sad to report the death of David Rayner on 14th January 2023 aged 94 years. David was invited to become a Patron of The Magog Trust in 2010 and remained as such till he died.
With his love of the land, his farming business gave much support to the development of Magog Down in its early years. David Rayner Farms has continued to farm the arable section of the Down on a commercial basis. Their advice on agricultural matters has been invaluable to the Trust over the years.
